General trade terms
Reference terms for wholesale and export enquiries. The signed quotation, proforma invoice or sales agreement governs each transaction.
Price basisEX-Warehouse Jebel Ali for applicable local stock. FOB, CNF, CIF or other terms are offered only when written in the quotation.
PaymentAccepted method and payment milestones are confirmed in the proforma invoice or sales agreement. TT or LC terms apply only when expressly accepted in writing.
Minimum orderMOQ, loading quantity and mixed-container conditions vary by product, supplier and destination.
DocumentationFree zone transfer and export documents are arranged as applicable to the transaction.
LoadingLoading into the agreed truck, container or trailer can be coordinated at the nominated warehouse.
DestinationThe buyer or importer is responsible for destination approvals, import rules, duties and local warranty unless the quotation states otherwise.
